Start by filling out our contact form or giving us a call. We’ll book a free 30-minute consultation to discuss your goals and identify the project scope. After that, we’ll send you a tailored proposal with a quote and scope of work—often with a few flexible options. Once you approve the proposal and sign, we’ll invoice for a commencement payment and schedule your project kick off meeting and provide onboarding information.
We follow a structured, collaborative process from kick-off through to handover. This includes planning milestones, designing a visual concept, drafting storyboards, building the modules in your chosen platform, and applying quality assurance checks at every stage. You’ll have the chance to review and provide feedback at key points throughout the project.
Timelines vary depending on the size and complexity of the course. A short module might take 4–6 weeks, while larger programs may take several months. We'll confirm the timeline during project planning and provide a clear schedule with key milestones.
We can develop a range of digital learning formats including interactive modules, animated case studies, branching scenarios, quizzes, and video-based learning. We also design blended learning that supports face-to-face or virtual delivery, including slide decks, facilitator guides, and activities.
