Strawberry Solutions developed this series as SCORM 1.2 compliant content for distribution to members, via the HIA Learning Management System. We applied a scenario-based learning approach, providing learners with opportunity to apply their knowledge and use critical thinking skills to solve practical, real-life problems. We developed animated scenarios using clever storytelling and relatable, custom characters. We paired these with interactive games and knowledge checks to create a multi-sensory and immersive learning experience.
