Strawberry Solutions applied a scenario-based learning approach. This approach allowed learners to be immersed in real-life scenarios that required them to make decisions based on circumstances and variables they could expect to encounter in the field. This approach also helped develop critical thinking skills, build confidence, and encourage self-reflection and problem solving.
 
Our solution included the use of interactive 2D animation paired with clever storytelling and gamification to motivate and engage learners. We dispersed scenario-based knowledge checks throughout, so that the learner could make practical decisions in a controlled, low-risk environment that simulated the realistic situations that they would expect to find in the field..
