We consulted extensively with Upskilled to better understand their operating environment. We organised content into logical categories to create an intuitive and consistent student experience. We integrated interactive activities using H5P functionality and applied principles of graphic design to capture the learner’s attention, improve comprehension, enhance usability, and reduce cognitive load. We also worked closely with Upskilled’s identity experts to ensure the final product strongly represented the Upskilled brand.
