Jonathan Howell brings a wealth of experience and passion to his role of Customer Success Manager.
A 15-year veteran of the VET space, Jonathan has worked as a teacher, subject matter expert, content creator, LMS developer and project manager – mainly in the creative industries. He has extensive hands-on experience, delivering to students both online and in-person, and is evangelistic about the benefits of blended delivery for learners, teachers and course administrators.
Jonathan works from his garden office in idyllic Byron Bay, where he spends his spare time enjoying the sunshine, wrangling two small children, and attending as many music events as humanly possible.
